T - Transformed
Men who are being renewed by Christ from the inside out.

E – Equipped
Trained and armed with God's Word, prayer, and spiritual tools for life and leadership.
"...so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." – 2 Timothy 3:17
A – Accountable
Living in honest brotherhood, sharpening each other, not hiding or isolating.
"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." – Proverbs 27:17
M – Men
Godly men rising in courage, conviction, and calling — warriors who never quit.
How We Gather
We have three primary ways of connecting, each with a specific purpose and frequency.

Monthly Regional Gatherings

A larger gathering of all the Fire Teams in the region
